Hawk Rent A Car Lease Package

RATES QUOTED ARE INCLUSIVE OF:

• Unlimited Kilometres
• Vehicle Road Tax
• Full Comprehensive Motor Insurance and renewals
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Insurance claims management and follow up
• Unlimited vehicle maintenance & routine servicing
• On-site delivery and collection of vehicles (during normal working hrs)
• A free Replacement Vehicle
• 24-hour accident /roadside assistance and rescue support
• Emergency breakdown and towing service

RATES EXCLUDE:
Fuel consumption; Driver’s Personal Accident Insurance; Parking fees; tunnel/bridge tolls; traffic fines, Restricted Zone Permits & Non-Waivable Excess.

INSURANCE:
Cover for third party property damage is in excess of HKD5,000 and limited to HKD2 million. Cover of HKD100 million for third party death or bodily injury. Cover for the loss of the vehicle by theft is included in excess of 15% of the insured value of the vehicle. Cover for own damage in excess of HKD8,000 for group A & B cars, HKD10,000 for group C & D Cars and HKD15,000 for group E cars.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), which is included in the rate for long term car leasing, reduces the liability of the Hirer for own damage to a minimum of HKD5,000 for vehicles below HK$ 500,000 and HK$8,000 for vehicles above HK$500,000 only which is a non-waivable excess and which will be the responsibility of the Hirer. Missing items or accessories are not protected by our insurance or by purchase of CDW and will be the responsibility of the Hirer.

REPLACEMENT
A free replacement vehicle will be supplied whenever the leased vehicle being serviced, repaired or undergoing a vehicle inspection. Such replacement vehicle may not necessarily be the identical model of the leased vehicle but will have the same engine capacity as the leased vehicle, subject to availability.

PAYMENT
A vehicle Security Deposit equal to two months’ rental (refundable) will be required upon confirmation of the vehicle lease and prior to delivery of the vehicle and each monthly rental payment is to be paid at the commencement of each rental month.  In the event that the leased vehicle is a premium/luxury model (above HK$500,000), then three month’s rental will be required as a Security Deposit.

PREMATURE TERMINATION OF LEASE 
In the event of premature termination whereby termination occurs prior to the full maturity of the lease period, a penalty will be applicable according to the Lease Agreement’s term and conditions.
